Within the framework of its international collaboration, the Institute of Regional Studies has recently hosted the following guest lecturers:

 

Milena Gammaitoni, PhD, from the Roma Tre University specializes in the sociology of literature and the issues related to women in literature. She was a staff member of the La Sapienza University in Rome and now works for the Roma Tre University. Her publications include a book L'agire sociale del poeta. Wisława Szymborska nella vita dei lettori, in Polonia e in Italia (The social role of a poet: Wisława Szymborska's works in the life of Polish and Italian readers), published in Rome in 2005.

 

 

 

 

Professor Jesús Ventura Fernandez is a geographer who specializes in population issues, the topics related to international collaboration and to the regional and local development. He has conducted research on the cooperation between the Andalusia region and the Northern Morrocco. He works at the University of Seville, which is one of the Institute's ERASMUS partners.

 

 

 

Professor Alessandro Vitale is a member of academic staff of the Institute of International Studies at the University of Milan. His articles published in Polish include: "Regionalizm i federalizm: dwa odmienne sposoby wyjścia poza unitarne państwa narodowe.
